- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others.
